[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1771880] Re: Seahorse unable to import pkcs12 certificates

2020-05-25 Thread Javier-puche-u
Not seahorse but the same problem described in #33, my Mint 19.3 was not being
able to sign with Libreoffice 6.0.7.3 (nor other apps like AutoFirma) It was
solved by:
- downgrading to openjdk 1.8 (sudo apt install openjdk-8-jre; sudo
update-java-alternatives -s java-1.8.0-openjdk-amd64 )
- leaving just one profile for thunderbird with name default
- upgrading to LibreOffice 6.4.2

Maybe not all the steps were neede, maybe LibreOffice was a matter of
reinstalling with no need to upgrade (Autofirma worked just
reinstalling) but now it works

Regards.

When trying to import a certificate into seahorse/gnome-keyring on
Ubuntu 18.04, seahorse GUI application shows the 'import' button
greyed out, while mouse hovering the "import" button shows the message
"Cannot import because there are no compatible importers".

This problem doesn't occur on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Seahorse 3.18.0), as
I've just tested on my wife's laptop, but happens in my Laptop with
  Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Seahorse 3.20.0-5).

Because that problem, it's not possible to digitally sign documents
  with LibreOffice.

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1298995] Re: Impress: no sound listed in gallery for animation or transition

2015-07-14 Thread Javier-puche-u
In Ubuntu 14.04-2, Libreoffice 4.4.4 from ppa or ubuntu has this problem,
downloading from libreoffice.org does not. One of the differences is the
libicu library, the version from libreoffice.org comes with its own libicu 53.
Could it have something to do?

It happened the same with this other bug that apparently has nothing to do
(https://www.mail-archive.com/libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org/msg210722.html)
  :

Finally I've found it.
The problematic library is icu - after upgrading from icu-4.6 to icu-53.1 and
recompiling the dependencies (boost, harfbuzz, libcdr, libe-book, libmspub,
libvisio, raptor and of course libreoffice) the problem is gone.

2014-02-20 Thread Javier-puche-u
Public bug reported:

Create an empty folder TEST , create inside a hidden file (.test) Then,
go to the parent folder, you see folders and files, clicking on the
arrow left to TEST to unfold it, will show an on-progress message
(Cargando... in Spanish) instead of showing empty folder or the hidden
file.

Tested on Ubuntu 12.04 completely updated and any previous version.

** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 58693]

2014-01-17 Thread Javier-puche-u
It happens still in Firefox 26, at least on Ubuntu (12.04) If you
change focus to another window, click and return to the windows, then it
works.

Bug description:
Browser javascript does not detect certain pressed keys.

  Reproduce:
Set any HTML object onkeypress attribute like for example this:
  textarea onkeypress=alert(event.which);/textarea

If you press any key in this textarea, it shows you key code.
But if you want write ü or ä (German) in a way, that you press umlaut first
and then letter,nothing happen.
It does not work with some other letters (áíéščřžě) and probably more.

It was tested in Opera, Firefox, Epiphany.
(in Opera you have to replace event.which by event.keyCode)

You can try it here: http://extender.ic.cz/keypress.html
