Here's a file that asks for password : https://www.fairchildsemi.com/datasheets/FO/FODM121.pdf But, it seems a bunch of Fairchild semi files have the same problem. The link I gave in the bug report doesn't work anymore, but if you enter FODM121 in the search box and then click on the pdf link that comes up, it STILL does the same thing, on evince 3.4.0 And, it may just be a badly formatted document, too.
