[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1284289] Re: Thunderbird doesn't show title bar when called more than once on 12.04
John, thank you for your attention. I'm so sorry, it seems this was an error on my side, but I don't really know. After I deactivated and reactivated the Windows decorations in CCSM everything is working fine. I also did a gconftool- 2 --recursive-unset /apps/compiz-1, but I think the unseting-resetting the windows decorations in CCSM is what solved the issue. Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop ISO of the development release - Trusty Tahr. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ . Thanks again and we appreciate your help. ** Package changed: ubuntu = thunderbird (Ubuntu) ** Changed in: thunderbird (Ubuntu) Status: New = Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to thunderbird in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1284289 Title: Thunderbird doesn't show title bar when called more than once on 12.04 Status in Canonical SSO provider: New Status in “thunderbird” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: 0) login using unity 3D on LTS 12.04, all updates applied 1) open terminal 2) start thunderbird: ~$ thunderbird 3) minimize thunderbird window 4) start thunderbird again: ~$ thunderbird -- Thunderbird window pops up but doesnt have a title bar, you can't move the window.
