I switched from Neo 2 via Mine to Noted and I like to see this variant to be available out of the box in Ubuntu. Here is the debdiff. I tested this change and the layout on noble (via https://launchpad.net/~bdrung/+archive/ubuntu/staging). This feature should have a low regression risk since it just add a new keyboard layout.
