At home this bug affects to every person! (I cann't give a clear way to reproduce this bug.) If the integrated menu doesn't recognise the new window, the window is also not listed with alt-tab and super-w. I can also reproduce this, by opening a document, fullscreening LibreOffice, closing it, and opening another (or the same) document (again).
