(gedit:1969): GtkSourceView-WARNING **: Could not find word to remove in buffer (ATOM), this should not happen! "THR" and "ATOM" are strings present in the .pbd files gedit become unresponsive and in few seconds the memory usage of gedit is more than 1 Gb (according to system monitor) and hence all programs become unresponsive. The only "solution" is to kill gedit or force shutdown of Ubuntu. The problem seems to be random and not related to the size of the file. Reloading and open file also (sometimes) hangs gedit. I believe is not a specific pdb file that causes the hanging it seem to be ramdom. I get this message for other pdb files but gedit does not hangs.
