I think GitHub is a good place to manage bugs and new features, and Stack
Overflow has many advantages to ask technical questions.
However, we do need a place where users can ask questions like:
- How to build ECharts when I changed the source code?
- How to use ECharts on mobile devices?
These kind of questions are not welcomed by the Stack Overflow because they
are not specific and do not have code.
I think we should also include the mailing list in the messages generated
by GitHub bot, saying that one can send email to dev@echarts.apache.org if
they need some extra help.
