Hi Avik,

Thanks so much for coming back to me so quickly ☺

It is everything – loans, payments etc.

Also the whole system is a lot slower than it used to be which is very  
concerning – I am tempted to go back to version 16.

Are there any things we could do which could optimize the system perhaps?

Uploading which workbook in the import tool has become slower after the update?

If it's loans, one such issue I had faced long back is when "multiples of" 
field for the loan product was not set and the last emi calculation took a very 
long time.

development environment to the latest – 17.07.01.

Since the upgrade our import tool has gone from taking approximately 5 mins to 
about an hour to load data – please can you let me know why this is happening.
