Note that before we can start NetCAT, we need to have (1) a branch, (2) new splash screens and other release number changes to the branch, and (3) the first candidate. Neil, can you do 1, I would be happy to take part in 2, and then you do 3? Or, does someone else, Laszlo who already volunteered, want to do any of these tasks?
