I tested the functionality on the latest code:

1. Support dynamically configure alarm settings (#3577)
2. Instead of datasource-settings.properties, use application.yml for 
MysqlStorageProvider (#3564)
3. Provide consul dynamic configuration center implementation (#3560)
4. Agent supports costom properties (#3376)

Only discovered the consul-configuration is a little small problems, I have 
submitted a PR to fix it https://github.com/apache/skywalking/pull/3833

There is an "Endpoint Slow" View in the endpoint dashboard, the query is
targeting slowest traces based on this endpoint.
But currently, we show and copy the endpoint name of the list, which is
always the same list.

This list should show a trace ID list, and copy the trace id.

We are looking forward to this feature, and let's try to don't make the
community waiting for 6.5.0 too long.
There are 3 key needs to be fixed including your mentioned
1. The layout should be frozen rather than use the current customizable
panel by end-users. It is unstable.
2. Yao Wang detected the memory leak for this PR.
3. The topology is re-layout and blocking for a moment.

Let's make this PR feature stable. Even it is not, let's have preparation
for 6.5.1 and 6.5.2 just for UI enhancement and bug fix.

Everyone is welcome to join.

This is the first mail I sent to talk about this, and later, as we have
enough people, I will do these later,
1. Create `skywalking-cli` repo
2. Create an issue at GitHub main repo to track progress
3. I draft a design proposal
4. Review, change the design and finalize it
5. One takes the lead of development, and we separate the task to different
people
6. Set up the project, CI, documentation, etc.
7. Because to go through license, dependency and run a release.

Considering the stable of GraphQL is very high, we could run the release
any time when the new project is ready.
