Dear all,

I am using dhis2. 2.29 version. It is working fine with Admin user but
When i am using filed level user and going to tracker capture patient
dashboard. That time, it is showing error in console.

When i am going to tracker Capture that time it is showing meta data
loading problem. Here i have given the error from Inspect

My tracker entity instance list is not coming in tracker capture module for
a specific facility but rest is working fine . It shows error like;

I have run it through postman. the value is not coming. It is showing 504
gateway fail but if i change DESCENDANTS to SELECTED it is working fine.

Can anyone please help me on it.

Hi Chuong,

Step of aggregation rule to aggregate the tracked data is bellow.
1. Create  data element for legacy aggregated data.
2. Create dataset and here you can assign the time period, Do you want  to
aggregate your tracked data  monthly, quarterly or yearly?
3. Assign dataset in organization unite
4. Now go to Program/ attribute module-> Aggregation query builder->Add new
5. Now synchronize your tracked data with aggregated data set.
 After completed your query creation
6. Apps-> Individual record ->Manual Aggregation-> select your aggregated
dataset and select organization unite -> select period and click on
aggregate and save

7. You can see your data in Apps-> data entry-> select organization unite->
select dataset and period.

Tracked data will aggregated as per your requirements.

[Dhis2-devs] Single event without registration event capture Search problem

Dear Abyot,

We are using dhis2 2.19 latest version and using Single event without
registration. We are facing problem during searching a patient in a event
capture option.

We add any new patient in a facility and refresh the application. After
that the new added patient place in a different page or in a last page.

As a result when we search this specific patient we cant get that from
first page.
May be it is remain in last page. It is very difficult for our end user to
search their admitted patient.

Is it possible to keep new admitted patient in first page and latest one in
first row.

And if required we can search all patient in a facility.

Please solve this issue otherwise our end user are in trouble.

   postgres dump, the problem we face is we are not abble to vizualise
   any data however if you go through data entry and choose org unit and
   period, we are able to view data but not possible through report
   module and dashboard. We have tried to do analytic and we got error as

Yes Lars i found same error in 2.18 too.

Actually I updated version in 2.18 in test server but still time zone error
remains for  (UTC+60 )Dhaka . You know that some time zone has time zone
problem in resource table generation. So I Changes time zone UTC+6:30)

The problem is in analytics table it store daysxvalue , daysno and value
column but when it retrieve data for pivote table, data-visualizer and gis
that time it is dividing daysxvalue / 30
But it should do  daysxvalue/daysno

As a result in pivot table, data visualizer and gis mapping shows wrong
data.

Could you please solved it additionally, can you please tell me in source
code in which file i have to change.

Dear  All,

DHIS2 2.16 analytics (pivote table, data-visualizer and gis mapping
retrieve wrong data from Analytics_2015 or all analytics table.

The problem is in analytics table it store daysxvalue , daysno and value
column but when it retrieve data for pivote table, data-visualizer and gis
that time it is dividing daysxvalue / 30
But it should do  daysxvalue/daysno

As a result in pivot table, data visualizer and gis mapping shows wrong
data.

Actually i checked period table with this( 2009-12-31) startdate and there
is no duplicate period with same startdate.

Additionally, for test purpose i deleted this period from period table and
from other related table with this periodid.

Several time restart the tomcat and clear the cash.

[Dhis2-devs] system generated identifier from 2.13 where will go in 2.16 and 2.18

Dear All,

We are using individual patient tracking in 2.13 version. Recently we
converted it in 2.16 version.

Now facing problem with system generated identifier. This is not available
in 2.16.

We have a big amount of individual patient record which is included system
generated identifier in table patientidentifier  column identifier
But  column identifier do not have any relation with
 patientidentifiertype table
so that this value is not coming is trackedentityattribute and
trackedentityattribute value table

However, Could you please tell me in 2.16 or 2.18 have any system generated
identifier for tracking person. if it is not then how can i ensure all
patient has unique identifier manually?

Its important issue for us to do tracking and existing individual patient
record.

Dear All,

I faced same problem during my first loading in dhis2 2.18 version. Also
after clearing the cash it shows same error.

Fortunately, after several times of cash clearing, additionally, 1 days
later its load all event list without any error.

So i guess its all about cash problem

1. When i click on event capture and select Orgunite and select event

Dear Lars,

Usually pivot table is working fine but when i am creating a new pivot
table by organization unit wise. the steps are given bellow.

Select a group of dataelemnt, and period 2014, select organization unit
group (community clinic), den select organization unite. press update(Till
this point its working fine) after that in layout, organization unit keep
in row . now when i press update that time it shows this error(row size is
not much)

[Dhis2-devs] Dhis2 2.16 version upgrade but Tracking registration shows bugs

Dear All,

I upgraded our dhis2 version to 2.16 and create  a program as a multiple
event with Registration.

Now from individual Tracking- add/update instance- Enter attributes data
- Press add. It hanged and log shows error.

Here i attached the log. I tried but somehow in some point i am missing
something.

Could you please help me.

[Dhis2-devs] dhis2 2.16 event capture dataentry design form missing.

Dear All,

I converted our BD database in 2.16.

We have design dataentry form for Single event without regiustration and
other individual tracking.

After conversion to 2.16 my individual dataentry design form is not coming.
I tried to link between tracked entity form  with my dataentryform table.
But it is not working.


Could you please suggest any way of solution.

I converted our database from dhis2.13 to gradually 2.16.

I got few error when i am doing Maintenance- prune periods.

Here i attach the log file.

Additionally, when i am trying to do data entry few of my aggregated
dataset do not open it shows some error too

 Are you sure you cannot change your locale back to English? It can be a
 bit difficult, if it is appearing in Arabic, but choose Profile  (the

+06:00 Dhaka. so it do not have any Daylight savings time changes.

[Dhis2-devs] Drop down is not working in browser (Chrome Mozila) for dhis2

Dear All,

we are using dhis2 version 2.13 and build revision 12864 and Mozilla
version 30 and Chrome 36.0.1985.143 m

When we browse any form who has drop down button. Unfortunately the drop
down  button is not showing the drop down indicator. also not showing  drop
down list value

However, When we re install the browser that time the drop down list is
coming but after some times the same problem occurs.

Could anyone please help us about this problem.

Dear All,

i have a dataelemnt HIV VCT SW and it has  category combination Hiv vct
age sex  positive and  category of it is as follows : hiv age group ,
hiv positive negative and HIV Positive status.

This Category HIV Positive status has a category option as follows
Positive, Negative and Pregnent. Additionally, this dataelement has
already data.

Now i have to add this Category HIV Positive status  a  new category
option Indeterminate. So that i add it in category options  and update it
inside Category HIV Positive status

Gradually i update all related part and resource table too

But problem is that i cant see this new Indeterminate combination  in
dataentry form management design part.

However, Could you please suggest me how can i solved it

Last time when i was working with OpenMRS  i change my Java_home
environment variable to jdk 6.
now again i changed it as jdk 7 as per your suggestion. Its working now
properly.

We have one problem with Organization Unite reassign update to Dataset,
User, person and programs - program.

Step 1: When i edit Dataset that time the organization unite list not
coming showing Progess sign for long time but list is not showing

However, Step 2: If i create new dataset or user or Individual Program that
time the Assign orgunite list showing perfectly.

Data Visualizer Problem in 2.12 Build revision: 11261.

Data Indicator or Data element available list is showing but Selected filed
is not showing.

However if i select data element from available list selected element is
not showing but result is working fine

In other hand Period available list and selected list is showing well.

Could you please check it.

Service-Reports-Dataset Report is not working. The form is coming but the

Dear All,

Hey i am using dhis2 version 2.9 few months.

Recently , i checkout the dhis2 version 2.9 source code and build it and
keep the war file inside tomcat-webapps.
when i am running the tomcat i got a error Failed to initialize connector

[Dhis2-devs] Tracking System Single Event With Registration

Dear All,

Here in Bangladesh. We are trying to create a  Disease profile with ICD 10
code with Single Event With Registration Tracking System ,

The program is that If any person come to hospital  we want to keep his
information with Registration i mean registered that person then  keep his
admission date, time ,other information and
disease profile with ICD 10 code  and discharge date ,After discharge we
click the complete button and discharge from hospital.

If this same person if again visit this hospital we want create a new
admission date and discharge and other information and want to keep his
previous registration information. Unfortunately, this is not possible
here. The old information going to update automatically.


Can anyone please suggest me what is the best way to do it.

[Dhis2-devs] Data Analyser Problem?

Dear All,

I am using dhis2  2.7 version. I updated the Data Mart and now when I am
going to menu Servise- Data Analyse-DataElementWise then In FilteredBy
DataElementGroup DropDown  list does not showing Dataelement groups.


Aslo when I am using Servise- Data Analyse-Reguler  and select
DataElements Radio Button then In FilteredBy DataElementGroup DropDown
list does not showing Dataelement groups.


 When I am using Servise- Data Analyse-Reguler  and select Indicators
 Radio Button then In  FiletedBy Indicator Group dropdown list is showing
but when I select any group that time available indicator list is not
showing those Indicator groups indicators in list box.


 However, when i am using Indicator wise report from  Servise- Data
Analyse-Indicator  then it is working properly.


Please help me.
