[Dhis2-users] Define program indicators without NA events

2017-12-18 Thread Julie Vanhamme
Dear DHIS2 community,

I am setting up an Event program (no tracked entities - DHIS2 version 2.24)
and I just started to create program indicators.

For example, I have a question with two possible answers: Yes = 1, No = 0

I also have a certain amount of "Not Applicable" (N.A) answers in the total
of submissions that I don't want to take them into account in the
calculation of the program indicator.

How can I do that?

Because when I create a program indicator such as :

Expression = Count of Event
Filter = [ID Data element] == 0 (as for the "No" answers)

It takes into account also the N.A and I don't get the right amount.
With the "yes" (= 1) answers, I don't have this problem.

Many thanks,

 Julie

[Dhis2-users] Program stages access

2017-12-08 Thread Julie Vanhamme
Hi All,

I configured a program (Event) with three different stage. I have different
types of users and some of them can only access one stage and not the other
ones.

How can I limit the access to some of my stages to some users/user roles?

Many thanks

[Dhis2-users] [Event graphs or event pivots tables appear as blank in my dashboard]

2017-05-23 Thread Julie Vanhamme
Hi DHIS2 community members,

I created graphs with the *event reporter* and *event visualizer app*.
To create those graphs, I used data element. I saved those graphs and add
them in a dashboard.

My problem is that in my dashboard I only see* a blank frame instead of the
graph* (see screenshot in attachment). When I click on the button
"Explore", I go to my saved graph and I can see it.

The only graph that I can see in my dasboard is one that I created trough
the Data visualizer app using indicators.

Why can I not see my graphs (from event reporter or event visualizer apps)
in my dashboard and how can I fix it?

Thanks

Re: [Dhis2-users] Difficulties with the Program Indicators

2017-05-19 Thread Julie Vanhamme
Hi Shurajit,

Thank you very much. It worked! :-)))

I tested it with several data elements and I get just one more issue for
one data element.

I have Program Indicator 1 == Not at all satisfied (which was 0)
Expression: event count
filter : dataelement == 0

I also took my Program Indicator 2: number of surveys which was already set
up, as it is the same as for the others.

I combined the two indicators and I got 100, as 100%. For all the others,
it worked and I got the right percentage.
I dubble checked if my configuration was ok and it is the same logic as
with the other. Any idea why I get 100%? And actually, it is supposed to be
0% as none of the respondents selected this option (not at all satisfied).

Is it because of the 0 value?

Thank you
Julie

Re: [Dhis2-users] Difficulties with the Program Indicators

2017-05-19 Thread Julie Vanhamme
Hi Ola,

Thank you very much for your advices. I am a DHIS2 beginner and I guess
that I am making some mistakes in the configuration and/or formula. I tried
yesterday and I get data in my pivot tables but not the data I need. In
only get "2" as I wrote it in my filter (see below). Let me answer to your
questions and explain the situation :-)

I am using "Event capture" as we did a one shot survey and we don't track
the patient.

*Program configuration:*

   - without registration
   - version: 4
   - Drop-down list
   - other field are empty or have the default configuration

*Program indicator set up *(I believe that here is the problem and that I
am making some mistakes with the formula):

   - I have one Data Element as follow : Are you satisfied with the
gynecological service? Very satisfied (1), more or less (2) , and not at
all (3) (these are the three responses possibles of my DE)
   - I wanted to create an indicator as follow: % of the respondents that
say that they are "very satisfied" with the gynecological service.

   - Aggregation type: Average
   - Expression: I only selected my data element divided by the number of
event count and then multiple by 100 : (#{qH1SRxSAoWI.AbdjW61ac8I} /
   V{event_count}) * 100
   - Filter I select my data element == 1 , so it is something like that
   : #{qH1SRxSAoWI.AbdjW61ac8I} == 2

I guess I am wrong in my formula. Any guidance, solution or advice?

Thank you again very much in advance for your support.
Julie
