Hi, Has the User Analytics app been updated for 2.28/29? [Dhis2-users] Reporting rates options with data set categories
When data is captured and tagged to data set categories the reporting rates are based on the organization unit tagging under the category option. However in a scenario where some category options are not known/ missing and an 'unknown' category option is added to the category as an alternative for the missing value, then the reporting rates will never be correct (above 50%). [Dhis2-users] Aggregation for the Time value type
What are the currently supported aggregation types for the Time value type besides SUM? We would like to add the data attributes: Donor, Program, Implementing Partner and Grant in a category combination to some datasets. Looking at the data that needs to be imported, the Donors and Programs are few, however, the IPs and grants are in the range of 200 and 500 respectively; of course with potential to increase over time. In this particular case, these data elements were defined in 2.18. Probably
the editing might be the reason for the change in the permissions.

Dear Sam,
That's sometimes happens. I have experienced it very many times on
multiple datasets, elements, etc.
You should always check public access permission if you are not
restricting anything. The public access sometimes resets to none by itself.
However, I have not been able to replicated it by testing.

There seems to be a problem that has persisted.
I have 2 data elements in a dataset of 22 data elements that give me the
error message 'Illegal data element identifier: ' during data entry
when the user does not have the 'All' user role permission as shown below.
WITHOUT the ‘All’ user role permission - Zero is an exception {Though not
Saved}

However after adding the ALL permission, the error message doesn't appear
and the value is saved successfully.

Setting the public to read/write solves the problem, however setting the
Usergroup read/ write sharing setting was not changing anything.
The confusing bit was that I had not explicitly set the sharing permissions
for any of the other data elements and yet they seemed to be okay; Unless
the default was read/write for public even if it is not showing in my user
interface.
I will just go ahead set them for the rest.

Hi Alex, What would be the implication of this? P.s There are 2 instance running, one which is a 2.15 which successfully receives the messages and the 2.18 which is having the problem. The fact that the messages are received in the mobile configuration view for received messages means that they are successfully routed by the SMS WAR file to the correct instance. I have been wondering if there was a process in 2.18 that changed and is hindering the successful import. Aggregate The same condition in RED is what would go in the condition text area. Hi Abyot, That helped to solve the problem. From the console. I was getting the error 'HTTP ... 1.1 403 forbidden' which prompted me to look into the user role permissions. I changed the role of one of the Entrants to Super-user (almost all roles) and it allowed for a successful Upload to the Server. Is there any specific role for being able to upload data to the server; i would think that it would be embedded into the roles for capturing the data. [Dhis2-users] Web API 'criteria' fails to recognize parameters with special characters
I have been trying to return a record whose id has a dash (i.e. .../api/sqlViews/.../data.json?criteria=id:234-567); however the web API fails to recognize the parameter. Hi Stephen, That might help in some scenarios, however in this case, a dash is one of the acceptable characters in a URL. Trying to encode it with '%2D' converts it back to a dash before being sent to the API. Is the solution also applicable in the scenario below: I export a dataset from one instance with the dependencies option, and after the import into an new instance (2.16 - 16487 - 2014-10-02 02:04), i can see the data elements, category-options, categories and the category-combination from the user interface successfully imported. When I try to open a data entry screen for the dataset, I see the error: '*Category option combination identifier: does not exist*'. Hi Jason, You can create the SQLview through the data administration module. However, when browsing the WebAPI, it does not appear among the listed resources. I created a empty databases and tried with one of the latest war files, however it was not appearing either. Another Environment Variable you need to set is the JAVA_OPTS, which allocates memory to the java process JAVA_OPTS: -Xms512m -Xmx1024m -XX:PermSize=128m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m The current DHIS2 WAR file (version 2.11) is about 80MB, which is higher than the default maximum size that can be deployed by Tomcat 7.x. If i take a scenario from one of the datasets in the Ug DHIS2 - HMIS 105:2 and we specifically look at the Tetanus Immunization section (2.9) It has a data element category TT Vaccine (for Preg Women, non-Preg women Immun in Sch); which also happens to be the name of the data element category combination The data elements for that category combination include Tetanus Immun dozes from 1 up to 4. From the Web API; Navigating from the Data elements, and then through the categoryCombo, then through each CategoryOptionCombos yields the same ID's for each data element as shown below. Stephen, We have been using the PostgreSQL databases and the setup was pretty much automatic for default tables in the database. I don't know if anyone has had a similar experience like yours. Hi Lars, Thanks for the Update. You had recommended using section forms for some of the lengthy Uganda HMIS forms (Inpatient and Outpatient). I am wondering whether the upgrade would produce more or less the same result as the section forms if we were to revert the lengthy forms to custom forms. Sorry for this - the custom forms had not been changed for years and needed an overhaul in order to load faster and be compatible with new browser versions. The upgrade will happen automatically and there is no need for any action on your side.
