I agree, I would like a sub-forum for buying/selling. It should be considered whether it is just private or traders as well. If traders are allowed should they pay something? If you install any of those plugins the first message is license manager needed and then EVERY plugin asks for a license... most poeple will probably never check the pricing but delete those plugins right away. I'm not aware of a test about battery drain (other than loading to 100%, then rebooting, starting a single App and waiting 24hours) Personally I think the biggest change on your iPad is iOS, not SqueezePad. So when looking for someone to blame Apple would be #1 for not being backwards compatible? Don't you think that some of the new stuff Apple introduced (iMessage, syncing photos via iCloud, backups via iCloud) just drain more battery, because the iPad is doing more network communication? Having said that: I'm running SqueezePad virtually around the clock and didn't observe any notable change to battery power. Then again I also didn't really care in the past and as Apple does not allow downgrades I don't have any idea how to do structured tests at all. My first test definitely would be iOS4 vs iOS5 standalone. -- bluegaspode Did you know: *'SqueezePlayer' (www.squeezeplayer.com)* will stream all your music to your Android device. I think it is still a good question. It seems cell phones are now the competitor and not just a squeezebox remote control. With ZUMOCAST on the Droid Bionic (aka MOTOCAST on the Droid Razr), my phone basically becomes a squeezebox. I can stream any and all of the same songs from my computer hard drive to my phone (anywhere in the world over WiFi or the cellualr network) -- even FLAC. Or with all your music in the cloud, you can do the saem thing with Apple or Android. The squeezebox guys need some new innovations! -- Zten Zten's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1810 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=90911 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
Re: [slim] clear channel radio station not playing again

In my case because most of my listening at home is in places around the house that are NOT near the computer (bedroom, porch, living room, kitchen, etc.). so simply listening in front of the computer would be very limiting. p.s. you could also pick up a TOUCH or RADIO. Re: [slim] New SWAP forum proposition
I see that through my ignorance to read the rules from top to bottom, I was not aware of that. Thanks for pointing this out. I'd like 'add to end' as default The PlayMode icon will only be shown on pages that have playable items, i.e. on an album or a playlist (not on the current playlist, because PlayMode does not make sense there). Just go to Home Menu / Albums / Album XYZ and you'll see the PlayMode icon.
