Re: [slim] Machine to use for LMS and Duet
Possibly overkill if you just have one player, but maybe an excuse to get more, a Dac32 maybe? :-) https://polyvection.com/en/product/core32/ Take care of your tongue. It is in a wet place and can easily slip. Re: [slim] Machine to use for LMS and Duet
A Raspberry Pi 4 with 2GB memory, plus micro SD card, power supply and probably a case - total price around 60USD + taxes Although you might need to pay a bit more to get 4GB because finding new 2GB models is hard. An alternative is the soon to ship Core32 from Polyvection - at around 175USD plus shipping https://polyvection.com/en/product/core32/ There are other ways to do it of course. [slim] Machine to use for LMS and Duet
What are some ideas or recommendations for an inexpensive computer to host LMS? In my house we only have one personal computer, a laptop that is not always here and thus not always available to connect with my Duet. Is there a bare bones, inexpensive computer, pad, tablet, etc that runs cool and quiet that I could use as a dedicated LMS machine? anglecard48's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=71714 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=114758 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
Re: [slim] Who repairs Squeezebox Touch ?
Thank you for your reply. I was selling it myself with the Welborn Power Supply. I no longer use it as I am using PC/DAC as a ROON core to stream my Flac files, Tidal, etc. http://www.iamnotjerry.com Supporting "live" Music myvinyl333's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=22155 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=114756 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

I'm running the Windows udap_shell_1_0_0.exe and I'm getting the same errors as above. I tried the discover and list commands and they give me OK responses. However I'm a bit hesitant to do a conf with these errors, I don't understand what they mean. Can I just push ahead and do a conf for my new network setup? Do I need to fix these errors first and if so, how?
