[slim] What if Logitech pulls the plug
Not a real computer coder, IT pro all of the above. Just wondering does logitech control the box. If logitech drops out will this device be usable with out their support. SqzCtrl XL great app for the TouchPad takes the Touch to a new level. Love it. Lucked out and only waited 45 mins at BBuy to get one after they were all sold out? kudos to the Angry Goat. Mog would be nice. Used it on laptop and really liked the navagation and that it created and had a radio feature. I like to listen in radio moods. Spotify is kinda nice but makes you jump thru a lot hoops and a couple songs comes up that are not USA it wont skip and you manually have to do it. That stinks about spotify. Been playing spotify. Yes you can tell the the difference between encodings on songs. Some sound very clean while others can be a little muddled. It seems like it skips a song with the not available in your region. But if there are a few in a row it stops. That needs to be improved. You should not have to go to the remote to push a button to get it going again, very frustrating. Atlantic problem not solved yet. Everything seemed good. Turned everything off went to work squeezeboxes plugged in but off laptop off router on. Can home touch only had three items on the screen settings and two others when turned on forgot the other two. Unplugged the touch and plugged back in all menu items came up on the screen. Internet worked perfect. Turned on Radio tried to get some music and internet radio to work, streamed for a few seconds and that was it.Radio really balky. Went thru the whole reboot setup again everything works fine except the radio balky doesn't want to play anything.Any more ideas? Thanks for reply. Ok tried that and everything worked great till I plugged the radio in after plugging the touch in, and the internet stopped again. Unplugged the radio rebooted the router and everthing works right with the radio unplugged. Is their a setting or something I am missing. never set any IP Addresses. [slim] Help IP Address Problems
Heres the problem have a touch hooked up ethernet and a radio hooked up wireless. Worked fine till recently. Now when ever I plug the radio in my internet keeps going off and I get a message about two computers with the same IP Address. With the radio unplugged everthing works fine. No computer whiz here do I need to change the IP Address on one of the Squeezeboxes. If so How do you that? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
