I'm guessing you are using SBR's (Receivers). If the indicator colors are the same for SBR's and Radio's: Red = not connected to network Blue = connected to network, not connected to server (SBS or MySB) White = connected to server So I can only surmise that your players are (or at least *think* they are) connected to a server. Any chance there is another instance of SBS running on your system? Try turning OFF the computer, if your players still show White than they must be connected to MySB somehow. At any time did you ever run the SBS 7.5 Beta version? Yes, these are squeezebox receivers. Interestingly, when I shut down my computer, the lights remain white. When I unplug my receivers and re-plug them back in, they go from red back to white. I even tried unplugging my router altogether eliminating any wireless signal, and they STILL went to white. I've never installed any Beta software on my machine. Originally I used my Duet controller to set it up. Ok are they actually connected to mysqueezebox.com ? If the disconect button is not greyed out they are conected. On the mysqueezbox com website there is a remote control button can you play radio from there ? I called support and figured it out. Apparently my controller was connected to another account for some reason so it wasn't finding the players. They reset it on the server, then we reset connecting to the receivers, and everything is working now. [slim] Everything stopped working
Sometime last night, all of the sudden, all music ceased playing and my players are no longer discoverable by SqueezeCenter. When I go to the players section in the web settings, it says it can't find any. I've tried rebooting my computer, unplugging/replugging my squeezeboxes themselves, refreshing, and nothing. Both my iPeng and SqueezeBox remote say that they can't connect to any server. I was playing around with iPeng at the time that this happened, though I cannot possibly imagine how I would have caused this. last lines in the server log (taken after reboots) look like the following. Doesn't quite usually mean connected and blue mean not connected? At any rate, when I login to mysqueezebox.com I do see the players listed.
