There must be some kind of symptome or you would not know ;-) Regards, Michael However, I think this highlights the huge differences in the technical ability of SlimServer/Squeezebox users. I am a very low tech user, and I wouldn't have a clue as to how to contribute with a log file to help the developers. I think I will wait until SlimDevices notify official launch of the 6.0 release for general consumption. Sooner the better SlimDevices. Keep up the good work. This is the second alpha release of SlimServer 6.0 - Lol... I'd just now upgraded my 6.x nightly on a whim and the directory listing seemed strangely underpopulated... the .tar.gz wer already there though, so I'm good. Keep up the awesome work! I install over 5.4.1, and get a new preference pane. I click the pref pane START button, the button changes to a greyed-out STOP, there's some disk activity, then the button becomes a clickable START again, and I assume its crashed! My Squeeze Boxen never get as far as showing the time, and there are no messages in the console. I also tried deleting every SlimDevices file, and installing fresh, but with the same results. If you can help me with some command line arguments I'd be more than happy to share any error messages.
