Actually the two tied are K6ZO and W2BXA. W2AGW was removed from the list after becoming a Silent Key. The League does remove Silent Keys about 1 year after passing away. Well, yes, after I took John home he did work them with 100 watts and a G5RV. BUT, both QSOs count and John wasn't sure he could make the QSO on his own so I volunteered to bring him here to make sure. A successful DXer works them early (and often). Our licenses show the licensee not the station. Where (as long it is in the same dxcc country) is not relevant.
