And I would expect them to be scrambled also. Even the Coast Guard, in peacetime, for years has been scrambling our Air to Ground Comms to thwart the drug and illegal immigrant runners. But they aren'tListen to 11175 for interesting air/ground comms. Nothing tactical which is usually passed by satcom. Very little of the HF comms used by our military is encrypted.
