How do I import an ADIF file from a program such as MixW and give each = imported QSO the same Group number ? Mark, That looks like a video driver problem to me. Check if there is a more recent driver for your graphics card / operating system. I have seen this happen also when the system is real low in resources. [Dx4win] Scrolling Windows?
Hi all I have a problem with DX4WIN, the windows in the logging program duplicate all over the screen, and there is a mess when you return to another app. A minimise and maximise soon cures this but it is a pain! [Dx4win] Cw keying
I have been using DX4win since 3.0 with various computers and operating systems w/o problem. I have used LPT 1 as my interface for CW keying. I recently switched to a new computer with XP OS. With this configuration rig control is as previously but I get the error msg "Can't find LPT1 for keying". I know vichwll.sys is required in Windows/system32 and it is there. Device manager shows LPT1 ..no problem. Any suggestions from the informed multitude or anyone else? Thanks guys, Howard..K2HK _ Tired of spam? Although it costs a bit more, I find that Buckmaster Hamcall is worth it. You now get 6 free months of internet updates. If you are looking for old calls, I have traced as many as four callsign changes (US calls); with RAC you're lucky to get one - usually you just don't find the call. I spoke to the owner of Buckmaster at a Virginia hamfest regarding his DX database. He said that while RAC used to have exclusive rights with some countries, that is no longer the case, and he CLAIMS his foreign calls are as good or better than RAC (which I have no way to verify).
