Only that it is manual, and once you have QSYed, it doesn't seem that there is any value in retaining the call in the log window. 73, Pete N4ZR The World Contest Station Database, updated daily at www.conteststations.com The Reverse Beacon Network at http://reversebeacon.net, blog at reversebeacon.blogspot.com, spots at telnet.reversebeacon.net, port 7000 On 1/29/2011 3:22 PM, Jim Reisert AD1C wrote: On Sat, Jan 29, 2011 at 4:10 AM, Melve...@videotron.ca wrote: The N1MM mod... that would be useful. Re: [Dx4win] No luck at all in downloading new countries' file
Dear David: Mr. Reiser most kindly provided me with links to the two files in question. When the files were inserted in the proper places, and after I used a reading program to verify that the new files actually contained the post 10/10/10 information, DX4WIN still used old information. I hypothecated that another .exe program was being run. A global search found a second program probably existing because of a very recent replacement of HD and OS. The shortcut to DX4WIN was changed so as to point to the intended program and things now seem to work. Thank you for your assistance. It is a great program. 73, Mac N8TT From: David Kozinn, K2DBK Sent: Saturday, January 29, 2011 3:27 PM To: J. C. Re: [Dx4win] DX4WIN version 8.05
Change the icon on your desktop to one from the 8.05 package. Some of these are version-specific. Move your license file from 8.04 to 8.05. The file is (your callsign)_lic.dx4w8 and is currently in your main DX4WIN directory in 8.04. No tickee, no shirtee. On 1/30/2011 5:10 PM, A737Driver wrote: Mr. Paul, Is there a trick?
