The site is fixed, you can verify this by going to this URL: http://www.rsgbiota.org/xml/fulllist.xml If you made any changes to the DX4WIN Data Updater configuration file (or shortcut) to disable IOTA updates, you can enable them again. [Dx4win] whats going on with .cty file trying to unzip?
When I download the .CTY file and try to un-zip it I get a window telling me I have to spend $29.95 to get the un-zip program? How do I get the latest country file without spending that money to un-zip it. Better still can someone send me the .cty file? Thanks. George, The download from Jim's site is a zip file. Assuming you're running Windows XP or later, you don't need to install anything to open it. You apparently have some software installed for handing zip files that's either out-of-date or was a trial license, so it's now asking for money. The DX4WIN Data Updater takes care of the unzipping automatically.
