The usual Rule of Thumb is: Work First, Worry Later (WFWL) Over the many years I've been DX'ing, Countries/Entities have come and gone and sometimes they count and sometimes they don't. So, I say to just work whatever you can and some day it might count, or not. The fun comes from working something. They can't "count as YU" as the YU authorities didn't issue their callsigns. Not to mention the little issue of using a callsign block that hasn't been assigned to them. I worked 'em.
