[Dx4win] Printing help

2017-01-22 Thread W9RPM
Hi, I have an HP Envy 5643 printer. I am trying to print my logbook
pages 2 sided as always. For some reason I am not able to do it in
DX4WIN. Other programs work fine. Any ideas? Have set the printing up
for 2 sided.

Not 100 True. It will also accept the letter 'A' as in signal reports
for (VHF) aurora QSOs, which are typically of the form 57A (regardless
of mode).

But it will not accept a minus sign.

Re: [Dx4win] DX4WIN v8.05 Radio Preferences Settings [ADDENDUM]

2017-01-22 Thread Kenneth Leon
Many, many thanks, Megin! That worked: I changed settings to 9600 baud with
both DTR high and RTS high checked.

I have been trying to fix this for a long time, because dx4win is my primary
logbook.

I don't own a 775 (even I would like to have one hi hi). Please see the manual
page 48.

I think it is menu 15,16,17,18. Put the in default except baud rate (it is by
default auto, put it in 1200). Please see also if in menu 15 address is 46H.

2017-01-22 Thread Mike Rhodes

Enrique,
1) Attachments do not make it thru on this reflector.

2) DX4Win is not set up to accept anything except 3 numbers in the RST
fields. If you want to record the actual signal strength, you will need
to enter it into the comments section. You 'may' be able to edit the ADI
file so the signal strength goes to comments automatically but I am not
sure.
