Re: [Dx4win] No Spots Received
Bud, VE7CC. Configuration, Ports/Logging Program. Make sure that "Logging Program Connection" has a checkbox next to "Enable Telnet", and that "Use port 7300" is selected. 73, -Rick On Sun, Nov 4, 2018 at 6:04 PM Bud Governale wrote: > Hi John. > > More Info: > In DX4WIN Packet Window I right click and this time chose W3LPL. [Dx4win] No Spots Received
Installed DX4WIN on a new computer from a computer that had DX4WIN working perfectly for years. Copied the DX4WIN 9.04 folder from a thumb drive to the new computer. It's working. Installed and setup VE7CC CC User. It's working. No spots received by DX4WIN. Packet is set to Internet Connection: LOCAL>CC User ,localhost:7300 File>Preferences>Packet1 cluster interface has Type Regular, ComPort TCP/IP What's wrong? 73, Bud W3LL __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html

Callsign? What version of DX4WIN? IC-775 appears to be supported in version 9.04 and probably earlier versions. Are you sure your interface hardware is good, i.e. does the radio work with any other software? You should pick a FIXED baud rate in the radio (not AUTO), and turn Transceive OFF. And make sure the hex address code is the default for the 775 (46h) -- Jim Reisert AD1C, , http://www.ad1c.us __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
