It's possible that some of the special characters in your password are not working with DX4WIN. Try creating a password on QRZ.com that is only UPPER and lower-case letters and digits, but no special characters. Hello Jay, Try writing and saving your config file. Some of the External Data info is stored in there. File > Preferences > File > Write configuration File.
