[Elecraft] PX3 Opposite Sideband Nulling Why?
What is the purpose of opposite sideband nulling with the PX3? I was able to do every band except 50Mhz. On 50 I was not able to get any change at all. The other bands nulled fine. Is there a factory setting I can use on 50Mhz? [Elecraft] Long wire antennas MORE
I don't know much about antennas, but in the late 60s or early 70s I worked a station on 20 meters with a 10 mile long (long wire antenna). That was KC4AAD in Antarctica. I don't have the QSL card I got back then, but was a picture of part of the antenna. I know it was 20 meters, because I only had a 20 meter antenna. A 3El wide spaced monobander up about 35 feet. [Elecraft] Strange thing.
I strange thing happened to my K3s this morning. Both the mic gain and compression were set to 0. After trying to get into a net, and not being heard, I discovered the problem. I did not touch any settings from the last time I used the rig, which was yesterday afternoon. Has anyone had this problem?
