Those are marvelous pictures, Paul. I've passed through that area a few
times on camping/climbing trips. Now I want to go back and take more
pictures!

Thanks Clark for the comments.

Most of the pictures are with a iPhone except the sunrise which I used a Canon 
DSLR.

I have too many hobbies, with radio being my primary. I’ve dabbled in 
photography but I’m more of an opportunistic photographer (travel) and don’t 
really enjoy the long drawn out waiting.

Thanks for the memories!

I grew up (now age 77) in S California and used to travel through the
Mojave Desert to Bishop with my dad for Labor Day.  Never got that close to
Mono Lake but sure saw a lot of they same landscape.  Moved out of CA in
1972 and haven't been back much.  Sure do miss those drives.

Gorgeous photos, too.  Looks like you use something other than a smart
phone.
