That is what support just told me too. Sounds like a bad batch of encoders to me. I may change them out when I get my new synthesizers. The worst one is keyer speed. Sometimes (not always) turning the speed control doesn't change the speed. The power control takes FOREVER to move from 100 watts down to 50 or less. My shift control is jumpy at times but width seems to be OK.
