No. It sounds as though you may have a copy of doubtful provenance, e.g.
an early committee draft, passed off as the final publication. If so, it
will certainly have many more errors, which you will not be able to
detect.

My copy has at the bottom of the first page, Ref. No. EN 60950:2000 E and
does not include a clause 7.
