Amund, I can thoroughly recommend the course run by the IET in the UK. This course has been run for many years (I think this is the 16th)and is always well attended. Can be obtained from http://www.iec.ch/seatop-e.htm if you pay for it. Don't know if it is downloadable - updates are in pdf format. Also try http://www.bsi-global.com/group.html but again you'll have to pay.
