Good Morning, Since South Korea and Russia are members of the CB Scheme I believe they follow IEC-950 (per the provisions of the CB Scheme). Have no information re North Korea. In case of South Korea, if you have CB scheme, most of Safety test is waved. North Korea do not have any compliance regulation at the monent I believe. If you have more specific question on Korea Safety, please conatct me.
