How does EMC2 build bicycles? John Easy, just write G-code to mill a mold, apply carbon cloth and epoxy resin in the mold, inser a tube (a bike's inner tube) and bolt the mold together. Then apply pressure to the inner tube and let the epoxy harden. This is how I make bikes. Until now the molds have been created by hand from plugs (a model) created by another company (or hand made ones).
