You need to have a thicker skin here. :) No one here is mocking your
*ideas*. People are simply having some fun *but at the same time* asking
for more information.

It is not like your ideas or implementation can not coexist with the
current interface. Look at elfe which is a completely different
interface and is happily residing in svn, albeit unofficially:
http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/browser/trunk/E-MODULES-EXTRA/elfe

Look at engage, which is a very good dock, but is in svn, still
unofficially:
http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/browser/trunk/E-MODULES-EXTRA/engage

You can not right away expect people to throw away the current
implementation and design and adopt a radically new design. One has to
be patient, show the code, and over time it might migrate to be a core e
module/interface. This is what happened with many of the modules that
are currently in an official e distribution - systray, tasks, keyboard,
run everything, etc.

Exactly. This guy did have a nice idea for a possible e17 module,
and hopefully it will get implemented as per his vision so that
people can then try it out.
Maybe some distro will take that as the basis of a custom
profile of their own and offer it as their notion of the default shell,
rather than the standard one(s) that ships with e17.

There are many such ideas out there, both domain specific and
quite generic, and likely many more yet to thought of.

I'm actually surprised that distributions like say Bodhi Linux
haven't offered some custom Bodhi defined profiles of their
own besides the ones shipped with e. Perhaps defining such
profiles is unknown or obscure or ..?

But to have a truly 'popular' shell-customization mechanism,
a bit more needs to be refined so as to be more geared towards
skinners/themers, and just all those who like to customize their
own environments.
Then people would be able to do more than just show a screenshot
of their custom environment, and instead be able to actually share it.
Skinners could make very interesting ones that can amaze people, and
even distributions could take advantage of this to popularize their brand.

The point you should be embracing is not to force people to only
accept e17's current 'old-fashioned' idea, or your cocky one, or some
osx clone, or some gnomic notion, etc... but to empower designers
such as yourself with the ability to do more than just show some gif.

It's to enable them to easily share such shell-skins so that others may
actually try them. It might even be the case that if yours became very
popular, then the e17 devs might decide to choose that as (one of)
some set of 'official' default shells.

hey man . i think you read my previous message

and i has already said in it i want to share and give E a good look

not to force you and the other and mocking the others

Again with the language translation issue... A mockup is a
non-functioning model of something meant to give an idea of
what the real thing would be like -- in this case you made a gif
that is a mockup of what your shell design is meant to be.
Take the time to both check spelling and understand what people
are saying before you off and take offense and start over-reacting.
