Anyone else know of any good keyboard indicators / keyboard switchers? The language module was working fine for me until I upgraded to ubuntu intrepid ibex (with a new version of Xorg); I've tried xxkb, and it didn't function (only gave me the the GB layout, which I don't even use, didn't go to tray, no meaningful man or help pages to help me figure it out). The keyboard mapping commands aren't really helpful to me as I switch between multiple layouts (french, us english, polytonic greek, icelandic, and I should like to soon add japanese hebrew). any help or tips, or perhaps a clue on how to get the language module working again? I'm afraid that the xkeycaps tool isn't much help. I simply need a way to switch between multiple keyboard layouts. I also get an error like this on, in my case the cause was the mixer module placed on the desktop. Rename your .e/ to something else direcory should fix the problem.
