It might juts be that you have some older .eo files around which are no
longer having a valid syntax.

Do a find and remove all .eo files around and re-start the build.

[e-users] Default theme modified

2015-01-16 Thread Quelrond
Hello,

Please, please, could someone create a modified default theme for E19
with windows border buttons on the left (like Mac OSX and Ubuntu)?
I tried to decompile the theme to modify it myself but it seems to be
too complex for me. I understand how to change the colors and images,
but the positioning of elements is really difficult to understand...

Regards,
Peter

Free of choiche (also on themes) doesn't mean laming :)

I don't ask the look of Ubuntu/Mac OSX!!!
The E19 theme looks nice, but I prefer to have windows buttons on the
left side.
I ask just the possibility to move the windows buttons on the left.

i chose not to put resize handles on the sides due to aesthetic reasons and
space saving reasons. one reason i've never seen why you'd need them on the
sides... you do have alt+middle mouse (drag and release) to resize... anywhere
in a window. that largely removes the need for such handles.

Try using that with a trackpad on a laptop... :P

However, I just have a keybinding, Win+S to allow me resize with the

[e-users] Program's icons on pager

2015-01-16 Thread binary smile
Hello!

Some days ago, I update E from 0.17.6 to 0.19.99.19234.
It is cool, but early, pager show only icons of programs, now they show
preview of programs.
This is usefulness (I have 9 virtal desktops on 132pixels shelf and worst
intel graphics...)

Do you can say, how I can turn on show icons?

not there - gone. no icons. pager shows an actual desktop preview. there is the
old pager plain module minus previews - that'll go eventually.
