I don't know if you could put together a shell that includes your screen locking mechanism and your command to execute and put it there. Likely, that only gets you half way though as the unlocking, you'd likely have to write your own wrapper for the locking mechanism. Sorry, thinking out loud a bit. It's worth a try?
