Other's have suggested the Save as Web Page method, which works fairly well (apart from the fact that if you select the Open saved page in web browser option it insists on using IE instead of your chosen browser ;-) ). Another option is to use iCal: 1) Launch iCal an select Import from the File menu. 2) Choose Import Entourage data and click the Import button. 3) After the import is complete, click on the imported Entourage calendar, and select Publish from the Calendar menu. You can publish to iDisk or to a Web site; once the calendar has been published, iCal gives you the URL of the published site. If you're curious what it looks like, here's an example: http://ical.mac.com/frakes/TestCalendar I think these look a bit better; the only drawback is that you seem to be required to publish the entire calendar (i.e., you can't choose just a specific range of dates, as you can with Entourage's Save as Web Page option). -- -- Get some Mac OS X Power Tools! http://www.MacOSXPowerTools.com/ -- -- To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/ old-archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/

It may depend on which version of Entourage you're using, but take a look under the File menu. In OSX, there's a Save as Web Page... menu item. Note this creates one file, and a folder full of the data pages. Transfer the whole kit and caboodle to your web site, and Bob's your uncle. Umhow about looking in Help: Save the Calendar as a Web page To share your calendar with others, you can save it in Web format. When you do this, Entourage creates an HTML file and saves it on your computer, along with a folder that contains all of the other HTML files and graphics needed to display all the information in your Calendar. You can then post the files on a Web site or attach them to a message. -- Diane -- To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/ old-archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/

For some reason I thought this was something that Entourage didn't do natively so I never even bothered with the help file.
