If you use a piece ofcable as a shunt, make sure you use a FOUR POINT
connection. (not separate connectors).  This way, if there is a bad
connection, all 250 amps dont try to go through your small sense wires and
instruments.

[EVDL] making a temp amp shunt

 My new scooter has only dial a volt meter with no numbers just marks.
the past owner put a volt metter on that goes down to tenths. its a 24
cells gbs . I haven't decided which AMP HR meter to get yet. I thought
about using a part of the pack cable to make a temp Shunt  or using the
bike volt metter as an amp guage. I'd guess it draws 250 amps max . The
pack cable is very close to the size of plain bic pen and several digital
metters i could measure the MW with.
