It looks like they're having some problems. I tried telneting there a few minutes ago and couldn't connect on either IP. Now you can access .13, so I'd say they're working on it. I like trying network-tools.com's email validation to quickly confirm the problem is not on my side. I just heard on CNN that MSN is under cyber attack by hackers from the Middle East. [1] [1] Please note, the statement just made is completely fabricated and totally devoid of any truth. However, based on the level of validation checking that the current news agencies are exhibiting [2], I'm fully expecting to have this bit of news appear on one of the cable channels within the next 4 hours. Messages that were queued for several days were delivered this morning. The MX records quoted below showed up this morning. They were quite different yesterday with several cpimsmtp* hosts listed that are no longer in the MX records. My clients are reporting similar Server Down or Unreachable NDR's coming back from MSN, Juno, and many others.
