What I did was using the perf2mib util which came with the NT4 resource kit and played with it in the lab. (definatly not a production server). Also I tested it with a W2k server and E2k running on it and I was able to read some of the performance counters. after a good bit of research and testing I've discovered there are specific issues with exch 5.5 and win2000 snmp. I was hoping that some others may have overcome these limitations [1]. The one file I was referring to was the one file he was asking about.
