My kernel is 32bit. I installed my fc12 with DVD iso. Mine didn't work until I update to 2.6.31.9-174.fc12.i686.PAE. Maybe, you should wait for the next kernel update. Help is appreciated Similar issue, prev. worked (2.6.31.5) this one doesn't. NIC starts up then shut back down. I had other issues, my synaptics touchpad stopped working as well. Happened to me yesterday, I uninstalled drivers, then reinstalled through yum. It has worked since.
