Not sure what you mean by measure mapping, but in case you are talking 
about correcting the measure numbering, this has become indefinitely 
easier in 2k6 where you can exclude measures from the numbering (measure 
attributes). This finally made upbeats, mid-measure repeats, hidden 
dummy measures etc so much easier.

Yes.  I think the simplest way is to add a dummy measure.  But I'd put 
the repeat sign at the end of the dummy measure, and the only thing in 
it would be the change of key, and repeat.  You can hide the barline 
just ahead of the dummy measure by defining it as invisible.

Hi there!I am trying to get "warning" accidentals in the first ending of my repeat. The repeat is in D and the measure one is supposed to jump to, is in F. The second ending (so the one right after the first ending) is also in D. How do I do that. The manual is not very helpful there. Dummy measure?
