Jack, this passes self-tests on my 10.8 without
gl_cv_func_printf_directive_a=no (documented as being needed on
darwin>=12, cf. my darwin-12.5.0). Could you verify that the bug you
found is fixed? Please let me know (and obviously also if anything
else/new is broken). But don't commit...there are some other packaging
changes needed (including one that's pretty important).

The current version of m4 in Fink is 1.4.16; looks like 1.4.17 is
available upstream.

[Fink-devel] New version of gnucash-docs for Tiger

2005-05-21 Thread Michèle Garoche
Already cc'ed the maintainer, but as I'm not sure the mail will not
go into junk, forward here too:

Le 20 mai 2005 à 15:58, bigl00z3 a écrit :

I cannot update gnucash-docs on Tiger in unstable...

There is a newer version which works with libxml2. The actual one
does not work.

So here's the info file to place into your local tree:

gnucash-docs.info
Description: Binary data

You should update gtk-doc before compiling it, because it needs
libxslt-bin, which was not put into gtk-doc at the time the split-off
for libxslt was done.

Then you may have to install docbook-utils before compiling gnucash-
docs (I cannot say for sure for this particular package, but indeed
for some packages involved in gnome1, it is needed). I have not put
it in gtk-doc because it puts a huge load on the packages to be
installed, though normally it is supposed to be installed when using
gtk-doc.

I'll cc'ed the maintainer of the package so that he knows there is a
new gnucash-docs version which compiles with libxml2.

Cheers,
Michèle

2004-06-24 Thread ASARI Takashi
I have new version of lv.info and nkf.info, that is originally
maintained by

I mailed him twice, but I couldn't receive the response.
Can I take them over?

2004-02-28 Thread Michèle Garoche
I've just submitted a new version for cssed in tracker. Request ID:
906464

Would someone who has access to package committing be so kind as to
committing it. Many thanks in advance.

New version includes:

terminal
popup menu in scan selector
extension of preferences
recording/restoring of size and location of last opened windows and
panels
translation to French and Spanish

and minimum version for all (hopefully none is missing) libraries
included into info file.

I disagree, please open a new item always for various reasons,
including the fact that closed items are always assigned to one person.

Re: [Fink-devel] new version

2003-07-29 Thread Nathan Hackett
Thanks, I think that I will start a new one since the last one was kind of
messed up.

By the way, is there a procedure for dealing with the old version currently in
unstable that is now broken or will the new version just supercede it? Can
the broken version be disabled while we wait for the new submition to go
through?

/Nathan.

[Fink-devel] new version

2003-07-28 Thread Nathan Hackett
I know that this has been covered here before, but I searched this list on
sourceforge and could not find the answer.

I want to update sockstat 1.6.2.5 to 1.6.2.6. They changed the source on the
ftp server and now the current sockstat package in fink is broken.

I have a new sockstat-1.6.2.6-1.info and sockstat-1.6.2.6-1.patch file, but
what do I do with them? Should I attach them to the existing sockstat
package [ 731703 ] at sourceforge or should I submit a new one?

Thanks,

/Nathan.
