RE: [flexcoders] Re: Red error borders on form items before form is validated
Can you give an example of how you've written your validator? I'm suspecting it is on how you defined the trigger. Michael J. Usually, it's blue. I'm not sure how it's red in your case! You can change the color following this example. Thanks to Peter Dehaan for his great tip. http://blog.flexexamples.com/2008/04/12/changing-the-focus-rectangle-color-on-a-textinput-control-in-flex/ OR you can hide this by using the property: focusAlpha mx:TextInput id=txtInput focusAlpha=0/ Good luck. --- In flexcoders@yahoogroups.commailto:flexcoders%40yahoogroups.com, dorkie dork from dorktown dorkiedorkfromdorktown@...mailto:dorkiedorkfromdorktown@... wrote: When I display my Form elements (TextInput, Combox, etc) the red error border is shown right away before the user even types into it. [flexcoders] Re: Red error borders on form items before form is validated
Actually, I'm sure he's talking about the required attribute creating a red border (not a focus border) because the field doesn't have a value in it just yet. The Focus border is something entirely different. --- In flexcoders@yahoogroups.com, Khanh khanh4all@... wrote: It's a focus border. Usually, it's blue. I'm not sure how it's red in your case! [flexcoders] flash player vs Adobe AIR Runtime
Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone know if flash player and Adobe AIR Runtime behaves differently. It' because the application load style externally, so the style is compiled with Flex SDK 4.5. The weird thing is I have online application compiled with Flex SDK 4.1 and Desktop application compiled with AIR with Flex SDK4.1 as well For the desktop application it runs fine with the style compiled with Flex SDK 4.5, but for online it gives me below error ArgumentError: Error #1063: Argument count mismatch on mx.resources::ResourceManagerImpl/installCompiledResourceBundles(). Expected 3, got 4. Anyone know why it's working with Adobe AIR Runtime but not with the Flash Player? Thanks in advance Antonius
