I don't have Antivirus, and from what I can tell the firewall is not on. I'll look again. I had the same problem too, If you look at around 12/25 messages and 12/26. It turns out that my firewall/Anitvirus was blocking the port for the flash debugger so it would not connect. Found the issue, my html template was overwritten. Just a coincidence that the Flash update also happened that day.
