If you're behind a proxy, this could help:

It could also just be a temporary glitch.

Tortoise subversion client "TortoiseSVN 1.2.6, Build 4786 - 32 
Bit"

I tried to check out 
the trunk as per instructions at http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/dev/tools.html#svn

However I ge the 
following 500 error any ideas?
