I have done 4 cvs conversions and I have notice that tags (and for that matter branches) in CVS can be set on a limited number of files. I want to verify that in fossil it is not possible to tag or branch a limited number of files. Say 4 out of 1000. I'm not looking for this feature in fossil, I think it is great if it doesn't allow it. As I said I just want to verify that it is not possible in fossil.
