It could be. I have Shlomo Peretz's customization kit installed. If you have 1000 tables, it may be worth it just for this feature. It's pretty cheap. In reply to Ann Zdunczyk - Ann, I tried to reply directly to you, but the mail bounces back. So, here is my answer to your question: I created this file by open an old file that I have used many many times on this machine. The original file was a 2-sided cover page, where page 1 contains the name of the product (I use a variable), a graphic in an anchored frame, and company contact info, page 2 is boilerplate text - in short nothing complicated. I then deleted deleted the grahpic (but left the anchored frame as a place holder and put a text box in the anchored frame and typed "place pic of product here") , changed the variable text, and saved in FM's templates folder. > > Now, each time I open this file, I get that "unknown languages" message Leah Smaller Technical Communicator Certified Feldenkrais Method practitioner leah at compulite.com "What you truly learn best will appear to you later as your own discovery." This document uses unavailable languages
A conundrum: I copied a document that has been in use for some time, changed the page layout in the usual ways and saved the document, intending to use it as a template. When I try to create a new document, based on this template (File>New>Document> select template file), I get this warning: This document uses unavailable languages. OK to proceed? FM will assig;n the default language to text that uses unavailable languages. I am using FM 7.0 on Windows XP. I work in English only. My machine is Hebrew enabled, but never use Hebrew - my keyboard doesn't even have Hebrew keycaps. Why is this message appearing? What do I do about it? If you have FrameScript, there's also a script you can get (from ITL, I think, not sure...) that allows navigating through tables the way you can in Word. Rick does a FAB job with custom scripts, too! And also check out his TableCleaner plugin that runs without the FS engine, bc it's got some handy tools for manipulating the tables in FM. In your numbered list pgf, you need to define a right tab at the location where you want the numbers aligned. Then, in the pgf's Autonumber Format, put "\t" in front of the autonumber string to insert a tab. HTH! Richard

Dzbatcher and build automation - urgent help needed
I have inherited a Frame build process that uses Ant scripts and a combination of dzbatcher and Webworks to generate PDF and HTML versions of our docs. In general this works very well, but occasionally it seems that dzbatcher cannot get the connection to Frame and my scripts stop waiting for dzbatcher to continue. I've tried putting a timeout in the Ant execute statement, but it doesn't make any difference. I think the problem is that dzbatcher starts, so Ant doesn't know that its waiting for something. I then tried putting a ping statement at the start of my dzbatcher script as this is also supposed to kill dzbatcher if there is no connection. Well this didn't fix the problem either, its like that script is not being launched. I know that Frame is started because I get the splash screen and I can see it on the task bar, so I know those parts are working. Somehow I'm getting lost between launching Frame and getting the script to run. Has anyone seen a problem like this? Any suggestions for replacing dzbatcher? I need something that I can start at the command line. > > Now, each time I open this file, I get that "unknown languages" message Leah Smaller Technical Communicator Certified Feldenkrais Method practitioner [EMAIL PROTECTED] "What you truly learn best will appear to you later as your own discovery." numbered list in Framemaker
Hello, Could some one tell me as to how I can right align the numerals in an ordered list in Framemaker files? I have a list with 122 items in it. The numbers are currently left aligned due to which the single digit and double digit list numbered items have additional space between the number and the item content. Help will be appreciated. This document uses unavailable languages
